This case was a doozy. Natalie worked hard on searching for HHA agencies, eventually contacting over 30 providers. She called many of them two or more times, all the while having to put up with my multiple emails checking in on the progress. She handled everything with grace, humor, and, again, excellent customer service. Natalie was finally able to secure an HHA provider.
